Training Course Booking Terms

  1. Your course booking request will be confirmed at the time of submission through our website and one of our training team will be in contact to confirm your seat(s) within two business days. Bookings can be made over the phone by calling our Brisbane office on (07) 3041 7052
  2. An invoice will be provided for payment of a 20% deposit - on receipt of the deposit payment your seat(s) on the course will be confirmed.
  3. The balance of the full course fee is due 30 days prior to the course date. Seats not paid for in full will not be permitted to attend the course, however the deposit paid is transferrable to another course date.
  4. Scheduled group courses are delivered at state-of-the-art training facilities in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, using fully equipped and comfortable computer labs.
  5. Courses are delivered by skilled trainers who have extensive experience working with SharePoint 2013, 2016 and SharePoint Online.
